Choose Your Next Dining Adventure

Our dining events take the CIA restaurant experience to the next level. With something for nearly every craving, style, and mood, these events offer a world-class dining experience, an opportunity to see firsthand the future leaders of the food industry, and a chance to meet other guests who love food and wine as much as you do!

Beefsteak

Join us for the 10th annual Beefsteak as we honor the tradition of this classic feast with unlimited beef, beer, and bourbon in the stunning Farquharson Hall. Sing and dance along with live music, indulge in great food and drink, and take part in the camaraderie of the evening. We’re getting rid of the silverware, bringing in the beef, and raising a glass of CIA Beefsteak Blonde to transport you back in time to when this dinner craze took New York by storm.
