Look for bottled pomegranate juice the produce section of well-stocked supermarkets or health food stores. You can substitute other juices for those we recommend here. Grapefruit and cranberry juice makes a Seabreeze. Orange and cranberry makes a Madras. A modest amount of club soda gives the drink a little spritz without getting too bubbly. You can also add some vodka, gin, or rum to give the drink a kick.

- Juice the tangerines and strain the juice to remove any seeds or unwanted pulp. Combine the tangerine juice with the pomegranate juice in a pitcher and chill.
- When ready to serve, add the carbonated water and stir to combine. Pour into TK glasses straight up or over ice, if desired.
