Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking power
- 1 teaspoon coarse kosher salt, plus more for finishing
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh sage
- 3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, thyme, rosemary and pepper. Mix to combine.
- Create a well in the center of the flour and add broth and oil. Use a wooden spoon to mix the dough just until combined.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Use a ÂĽ cup scoop to drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1-in between each biscuit.
- Bake until golden brown on the bottom, about 20 minutes.
- Serve hot or at room temperature.
