Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower (about 3 lb), cored and cut into florets
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, curry powder, and salt until a smooth paste is formed.
- In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower with the curry paste. Rub the paste into the florets until they are well coated.
- Bake until the cauliflower is golden brown and tender, about 35 minutes.
