Blueberry purée is simply blueberries blended in a blender or food processor. You might need a splash of water to help it blend, and you can strain it through a fine mesh strainer, if you like, to remove the seeds and any remaining solids. You won’t need very many blueberries for 1 tbsp of purée, so if you blend about 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, you’ll have enough for several cocktails. Keep it in the fridge or freezer.
