During a heat wave, you need to stay hydrated and refreshed, and this minty peach tea is how we're planning to do that. Make a double batch and freeze leftover purée to use later in the summer. Besides iced tea, it's amazing in lemonade, as part of a peach bellini, or in cocktails.
Speaking of cocktails, this tangy peach shrub is a fresh mixer for your favorite spirits, but we also love it with sparkling water as a refreshing spritzer. The longer it rests, the tangier it will get, so taste it each day and strain it when you like the flavor.

This low effort, high impact appetizer (or lunch, or happy hour snack) is perfect as is, but with the abundance of high-quality burrata on the market, we can't help but think it would be a great fit. If you're not a huge prosciutto fan, this would be really nice with some grilled zucchini.
It's not summer without a fruit pie, and this peach stunner is one of the best. Like any good crisp or cobbler-type dessert, there is no better combination than the crisp topping and juicy sweet peaches, but we wouldn't say no to a scoop of ice cream on the side.
